Motion to Designate Case a Complex Chapter 11 Case

Step-by-Step Procedure

  1. Select [Bankruptcy>Motions/Applications]

  2. Enter case number and click Next

Note: Look at the top of the screen and verify you are docketing on correct case. If not, go to step one.

  1. Select Designate Case a Complex Chapter 11 Case from pick list, click Next

  1. Select Party from party pick list or Add/create new party, click Next

  1. Browse, Scan, and Attach, click Next

    Note: When provided, scan the Proposed Order as an attachment to the Motion, using the drop down description, Proposed Order. See Adding Attachments and Proposed Order(s)

  1. Insert hearing date, time, location and click Next twice

  2. Verify the accuracy of the docket text. If not correct, go back to step one. If correct, click Next to save the entry

Process Complete


The Notice of Electronic Filling will display. It serves as verification that the filing has been sent electronically to the court.
